Returning an Item Purchased Online

The invoice slip in your package will contain instructions on how to return an item. Here are some basic requirements for returns:

• Item must be received in new and unused condition and not missing any items. The original packing slip is required.
• Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited. Items must be received in the original unopened and factory sealed package.
• Halloween items being returned must be post marked or shipped no later than October 15, 2006. Halloween items are non-returnable and/or non-refundable after October 15, 2008.

Returns Process

All returns accompanied by the original invoice will be refunded for the full amount of the merchandise + sales tax usually within 7 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please allow 1-2 business billing cycles for credit to appear on statement for returned items. Items are only returnable to Halloweenthrills.com, not to store locations.
